| Drone (sUAS) Basic Maint/Cons | |
| This course consists of lecture, hands-on maintenance, and construction specific to unmanned aircraft systems. Topics will cover, troubleshooting, maintenance, and construction of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS). Students will observe and participate in these activities. This course will provide the student the knowledge and hands-on experience to: Develop maintenance checklists for pre and post-flight IAW the manufacturer and FAA guidelines; perform the necessary pre and post-flight maintenance to ensure the aircraft is airworthy to complete the necessary mission; perform the pre and post flight maintenance procedures IAW applicable checklists; and assemble and disassemble the drone IAW with manufacturer and FAA guidelines. 1.6 CEUs |
